In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the gg28 Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold a Player account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals by local statute.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of gg28 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned by gg28 for any breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

To use the gg28 Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.
• You will register only one account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your name, a pseudonym, or via a third party — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You will not share your account credentials with any third party, or allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

gg28 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

gg28 is committed to operating a safe, fair, and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are approved. KYC may also be triggered by significant deposit activity, bonus claims, or at gg28's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). The document must clearly show your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Source of Funds: In certain high-value cases, gg28 may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds being deposited.

gg28 will process submitted KYC documents within two business days. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. gg28 reserves the right to suspend an account pending KYC completion and to terminate accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

gg28 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following deposit methods are supported:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are typically credited to your gg28 account within five minutes of successful transfer confirmation during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Transfers made outside these hours may be processed on the next available banking day. gg28 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. There is no standard maximum single deposit; however, gg28 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion for anti-fraud and responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals processed within 1–6 hours during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday).
• Unverified accounts or accounts flagged for review may experience withdrawal holds of up to 72 hours while gg28 conducts due diligence.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, wagered real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• gg28 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times for bank transfers depend on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• gg28 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

In cases where gg28 determines that fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering may be involved, withdrawal processing will be suspended pending investigation. gg28 may share information with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

gg28 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in eligible wagers before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games (including slot gacor, referring to high-payout-rate slots) typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution tables are available on the Promotions page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses and any associated free spins must be used within the period specified in the offer (typically 7–30 days). Unused bonuses expire automatically and are removed from the account without notice.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While an active bonus balance exists, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rp 50.000, unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus of each type may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.
• gg28's Discretion: gg28 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time. In cases of suspected abuse, gg28 may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games offered on the gg28 Platform — including casino slots, live dealer tables, sports betting (including bandar bola, the practice of online football bookmaking), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other products — are subject to the individual game rules provided within each game interface or product section.

In addition, the following platform-wide gaming rules apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified, independently audited random number generators (RNGs) for virtual games, or by live physical events for live dealer games and sports markets.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final. gg28 does not cancel accepted bets except in cases of clear technical error or where a bet was accepted on an event that was subsequently cancelled by the relevant organizing body.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, gg28 will review server logs and, where evidence of the game state is recoverable, either complete the round or void it and return the stake. gg28's decision in such matters is final.
• Sports betting odds — including Asian handicap (voor bola) lines — are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and event. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gg28 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or through a proxy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions made on the Platform through your bank or payment provider.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the integrity of sporting events on which gg28 offers betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gg28 staff or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the gg28 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of gg28 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from gg28.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the gg28 name, logo, or branding in any context — including on social media — in a manner that implies official endorsement without written authorization.

gg28 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Key privacy commitments include:

• Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies as strictly necessary to operate the Platform.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gg28's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your gg28 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gg28 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

gg28 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gg28 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gg28 holds its primary operating licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
